The Staropramen Visitor Centre is part of a historic complex of brewery buildings in the old Prague industrial suburb of Smíchov. The interactive tour takes you on a journey from the founding of Staropramen in 1869 to the present day. In the Staropramen beer bar you can experience a beer tasting (1x 0,4l) served in artisanal glasses made by Czech glassmakers. The beer tour and tasting lasts approximately 50 minutes and a special selection of Czech and international beer dishes is available for those who are hungry.

Tips
  • Advance reservation is recommended, especially for weekend visits. Reservations can be made by phone or email – see the Contacts section.
  • At weekends, pre-booked group tours may have priority, so Prague CoolPass holders may need to wait for the next available tour.
  • Prague CoolPass includes free admission to the Staropramen Visitor Center and one complimentary beer.
  • Opening hours may change due to private events. Check the current schedule on the official website before your visit.
